Contractions?

I was up all night with contractions, i am 31 weeks, they got as  close as every 15 minutes, that went on for hours before they eased up,  this is my third baby never had this before should i be concerned it's a sign of having him early?

They hurt but i don't know if it would be considered a normal pain or a strong pain, i have a high pain tolerance so it's hard for me to tell.

If they are painful go to the hospital so they can give u a shot so they can stop

I am still having a couple an hour,  i know it's  not from dehydration.

If they stopped they were false labour. And no its not a sign of the baby coming early. Now if u think its the real contractions u have to go to the hospital so u can get treated and stop the contractions. Ur way to early. But if they stop it just false labour some ppl get them very early and dehydrated makes it more painful then what they should be.
