Dymista during pregnancy

Hi I use Dymista daily for a severe sinus pain I used to get. I am planning on getting pregnant and am wondering is Dymista safe to use while pregnant or is there an alternative spray I can use?  I find the spray works very well and since I started using it I have had only a few episodes of this pain. This pain is crippling, I could give a week in bed due to it so if I am lucky enough to get pregnant I will need something to ensure this doesn't happen.
I look forward to a response from you,
Kerrymade

I am on my third baby and i would say all you can do is ask your ob their are a lot  of medicine you can use,  but your body changes a ton during pregnancy so you never know you may get pregnant and it could go away. Good luck.
