Early Pregnancy: Is it OK not to have mild cramps EVERY day?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and have some of the early symptoms that are mentioned, like fatigue, sore breasts, nauseous (without vomitting) and mild cramping. The cramping is mild and comes and goes. I've gotten it pretty much every day.

Yesterday and today, however, I haven't felt any cramping. Today I feel very tired and my body feels sore along with loss of appetite, but no cramping. Is it normal not to have cramping every day? I just want to make sure everything is healthy and working properly and that there is no cause for concern if I'm not feeling cramps in my stomach. Thank you!!

It's normal. As long as Ur not bleeding heavy really it's okay. Ur uterus is stretching & growing. Even though Ur early Ur body is still preparing for the pregnancy/baby. Talk to Ur dr.

If the cramping was severe, and with bleeding I'd be concerned. Otherwise it's fine I'd say. Your uterus is growing, stretching and will start pushing things out of the way and press on your bladder....you'll possibly feel all those changes. I do. Some women don't feel much at all. If you have any concerns it's always best up call your doctor. No point in needless worrying! Relaxing and looking after yourself is what your focus should be :)
