Feeling lots of Pressure, very low

I'm going for an u/s tomorrow for heart measurements they couldn't get last week...and i'm going to ask my ob, but i'm feeling an enormous amount of pressure, very low when i stand and walk.

especially after emptying my bladder.  anyone else having this?  i didn't with my first pregnancy, and i know every pregnancy is different, but just wondering if any of you had it.

I have had alot of pressure myself this pregnancy. It is my 4th, but it feels so different than the others. I also feel like she has dropped more to. I am almost 27 wks and I to notice some relief with laying down and drinking water.

I just went to the ER this morning because of all the pressure and pain that I have been feeling on my left side especially. I am 18 weeks. They said all is good, and it's just round ligament pain. It sure doesn't feel like the ligament pain that I have been feeling all along. I guess it's normal though. I hope so!

Hi, I've had a lot more pressure with this preg too!  It's not painful, just always there.

Just this weekend, I've been feeling a lot of pressure "down there" too.  It gets bad when I've been standing and walking a lot--just like you.  I'm going to call my dr. tomorrow to see what he thinks.  I don't have another u/s scheduled for 2.5 weeks and it's been 4.5 weeks since my last u/s.  At the last u/s they said I had slight placenta previa and that it goes away prior to labor 90% of the time.  I'm wondering if the pressure is related.

This is my 2nd baby and I definitely didn't feel that pressure with the first one.  I'm currently 17.5 weeks along.  Let me know what they tell you tomorrow.   I'm guessing we're both fine like azqtpies says, but I like to play it extra safe anyways.
Good luck!
