It is safe, I'm 40yo, 32weeks. Great for baby's heart, your moods, help relieve constipation.

I take over-the-counter pregnancy vitamins and there are 2 pills to take daily, one is a general vitamin and the other is an omega 3 fish oil pill. I would think the doctor would encourage fish oils.

I was told to take fish or flex seed oil to help combat the risks of preeclampsia. I'm petty due its safe but I would still contact your doctor.

Neskee,  you REALLY need to be in contact with your doctor.  You've had IVF treatment,  and thankfully (woohoo!) have conceived naturally.  I'm wondering why, with all this medical intervention, you're asking this question on the internet?

I think it's pretty safe- just mention it to your doctor, but it doesn't cause any issues that I know of.  Congratulations!
