Home-use fetal Doppler: need advise

Anyone use a fetal Doppler? I wanto to buy one but it's hard to figure out which ones are any good... prices range from 50$ to 500$ so I need advise!

I got one when I was 16 weeks...I think it's called Angel Sounds off of Ebay (there were many on there) for $40....and I could hear the hb at 16weeks....it was a good buy.

i got one of those cheap ones and when i hit 30 weeks i hear the baby's heartbeat all the time now. It takes a minute to look for it. Now that im 33 weeks it doesnt take much time. I got it when i was 20 weeks, and could find anything! And yes the quality isnt good but if you dont have much money, its a good way to get reassurance.

health check systems.com is where I got mine. It was about 119.00 and included shipping, works well. I used it through 2 pregnancies, and both my sisters used it through thiers.

I used one and still do sometimes even though I am in my third trimester.  I rented one from babybeat.com  You can buy one from them as well.  

Do not buy a cheap one from babies r us.  It's total ****; can't even find my own heartbeat with it.  Make sure you buy a monitor that comes with the u/s gel.  Others you can only use in the third trimester when they are not very useful and they really do not work well.
