How long is it safe to hold urine when pregnant?
If home, that's no problem. But when out and about and having to go to the bathroom...and cant, how long is it safe to hold your urine at 20+ weeks? Can it hurt the baby? I know you can get a bladder infection, but how long is it safe to hold?

It is not recommended to not hold your urine for long periods of time as it may cause bladder infection, in fact by urinating when needed, you can rid the toxins in your body. If you're out and about but dont have access to a nearby bathroom, the only answer i can think of is to empty out your bladder by leaning forward before leaving the house/somewhere that has a bathroom.
