How much vitamin b6?

I'm on my 6th pregnancy and I have not had morning sickness, like I'm having now with the first 5. I've heard vitamin b6 can help. But how much do you take? Anyone know? Thanks

A typical dose of vitamin B6 for morning sickness is 10mg-25mg 3x's a day. Good luck and I hope you get to feeling better soon
