How often should hiccups happen?

Ok, I'm 33 weeks pregnant and it's like this little girl has the hiccups 2-3 times a day.  Is this normal?  Do you think it could mean something is wrong?  I'll be seeing my doctor on Thursday and will ask him about it but I just wonder how much she should be having.  Also, I went for a 3d u/s and was soooo amazed.  I can't believe my dh and I made her.  She's beautiful...but...she's breech.  Do you think she'll stay this way?  How long can I go before she can't turn and a c-section will happen?

Thanks everyone!  I appreciate the advice.  Every little thing worries me and it's nice to have somewhere to ask my questions.  Thanks again!

My DD had them constantly during the last month or two.  My doc says nothing to be concerned about.

Mine has the hiccups all the time, and they are so bad you can see my whole stomach moving from them.  It is really hard to focus at work or while you are talking to some one when your stomach is bulging and moving all over the place.  Lately, he is just moving and adjusting, and hiccuping all the time.

In my what to expect when expecting it says that they could have hiccups hardly ever or all day every day and it's normal. My doctor always tells me it means they are healthy. Not sure about the breech, I've heard some can turn at the last minute and some not at all, there is also something they can do to try to get them to turn. Not sure if it always works though.

Good Luck!

My 1st and 2nd both had the hiccups often and were both fine. Good idea to ask your doctor though. And, my 2nd was breech a few weeks before delivery and turned before the due date. Good luck.
