Does anyone know if it is possible to have ivf after an ablation
at age 43 i wouldn't bother with the reversal, since your chances are likely to be much lower anyway, and you may have to go to ivf, i would start there anyway.
My Re says reversal is cheaper than IVF.
I am not sure about prices. Besides, your insurance may cover one but not the other procedure. In any case, even if ivf is cheaper than TR you many need more than one cycle. For ivf you need to find an RE (reproductive endocrinologist). I am not sure about TR.
Is it cheaper to have a tubal reversal or IVF? Also, if I decide to have either one how can I find doctors specializing in those areas
No. You can only have ivf if your tubes are tied. With insemination conception still must take place in your fallopian tubes.
