Just sleeping

It's my first pregnancy and I'm on my 8 week, fortunately I have no nausea till now only thing that I have is tiredness. I'm feeling tired and sleepy all the day and just wanted to sleep, even when I get up late in the morning I want to sleep after 10 minutes, is it normal?
By the way, I was very active person just working out for 2 hours every day! Now,I'm such a lazy mom!

Totally normal. Enjoy & sleep as much as you can, I haven't slept since I was 16 wks prego. The baby does so much growing & developing in the 1st trimester. That baby takes everything you have so it can develope. Make sure you're taking Ur prenatal vit & when you feel like it go for a walk. Once you near your 12th week Ur energy should come back a little. I'm prego w baby3 & am 34wks, I get up early everyday to workout (home prenatal DVD) in order to get through the day, if not I can't keep up w my other 2 lil ones.but I didn't start working out until about 14 wks my 1st tri I was sick 24/7.

Your not lazy. Your body's adjusting still to your baby. I remember feeling tired all the time & just sleeping. Now I'm still tired but it's because I can't sleep. Take advantage of being able to sleep & just get as much rest as you can.

I was the same way. I slept more then I ever have and continued to nap during the day. It stopped at the beginning of my second trimester.
