HI, BIRDIE549 IM DEEDEE1972, im new to this site but i have been a mother for 17years my last pregnancy with morning sick that helped, was...SALT ON A LEMON, LEMON OR LIME IN 7-UP, SALTINE CRACKERS. im not really keen on ginger but i had also heard it works for some people, but that's what i took to help with that vomiting and also nausea good luck lady......deedee1972
I got some ginger lollipops from the pharmacy - I couldn't always count on them though.
What really helped when the nausea got severe was to get a prescription from my doctor - she prescribed Zofran which I ended up taking my entire pregnancy. Hopefully your nausea will abate soon - it's definitely not fun!
Oh yeah I forgot ginger! Adgal's right! Also peppermint tea, peppermint candy and sour jolly ranchers!
Ginger! Also, if you can stand it, sucking on lemons. Or, you can squeeze fresh lemon into water. Also, even though its tough to do, eating frequently...I know, last thing you feel like doing. But keeping something in your tummy really helps.
The tips from the first two are perfect. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do...it's just one of those things that you have to muscle through! Of course, if it's VERY severe, go see your OB. But, otherwise, you just have to make it through. The vitamin tip from Idivecch is great...I found that my prenatals were making me sick with my last pg. I ended up taking them with lunch, and it helped a LOT. Also, keep some crackers or something on your nightstand, and nibble one before your feet even hit the floor. That helped me a lot, too. Good luck!

One thing that helped my morning sickness was when I started taking my prenatal vitamin at night right before I went to bed. That really helped alot.
I had it too : ( Try...unsalted crackers, sprite, pressure point wristbands, watermelon, potato chips (I know, but they do) B6 supplements, lemon water, to name a few...I'm sure you'll get more tips from others!
