Normal beta level at 4 weeks?

Hi Ladies!  I recently found out I'm pregnant and went to get my first beta level done.  The Dr said I was 4 weeks and my beta level was 991.  Does that sound normal to you?

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,  Penny

Thanks Ladies!  It's so hard when you've had problems in the past to stop over analyzing every little thing.  Lots of luck to all and thanks again!

Yes, I would have to say high as well.  But remember, there is no real such thing as a normal beta..so much depends on when implantation took place, etc.  Mine was only 33 at my first blood draw, and I am over 27 weeks now. Yours sounds great!!!  Congrats to you.

Yeah, if you're only 4 weeks pregnant, then that is high! Maybe you'll have twins!

Congratulations!
