POLL: How is everyone, where are you at emotionally, physically.. etc..

Hi Everyone!
Just wondering how everyone is doing? How far along are you and how you are doing emotionally and physically. How you feel about things in general...
I'll start:

I'm 36w3d/ due May 12th with a Boy (Brayden Levi)... currently fingertip dilated (at last check) and *softening*

I am getting more excited every day to meet this little guy that I have been toting around in my belly for the last 8 months or so! I feel pains getting lower and more frequent lately like things are developing. Sometimes I wish there was a test you could take that could actually pinpoint WHEN you are going to have your baby but then again, it would take the surprise out of it wouldn't it! It is getting harder for me to walk, while I'm not running out of breath as much anymore I am getting physically tired! It kind of feels like Brayden is trying to step right out and walk beside me.. ahaha.. I think all the time.. is this it??.. is this pain indicating my water is about to break??.. or am I going to have this pain again in a few minutes.. should I go to the hospital.. all these things are going through my mind all the time!!!!!! I'm not sure how everyone else is doing but it would be great to know if my symptoms are also others symptoms! Many of us are due right around the corner so it is a toss up as to who is going to go next! While I am in the running.. I hope that many others go before me!! I am afterall still 11th on the list... hurry up ladies before Brayden and I beat you to the finish line..hehehe JK.. Good Luck everyone!! I am thinking about you every time I look at the list!!

How is everyone else doing??

P.S..
a link to the Medhelp babies list is

Thanks Everyone!!

I am 21 wks. They said it is a boy at  my 17 wk. sono. I go again on monday for a fetal echocariagram due to finding a bright spot on the heart  last visit.  This has left me very emotional and stressed.  Hopefully it is nothing.  Other than that I feel pretty good.

WOW!!! You ladies remind me of how LONG I have to go.......I'm just about to be 15 weeks, arrgh!  not even 4 months yet, BUT I'm still tired as all out doors, so sleep is my middle name these days, but overall I'm fine, quite gassy these days (sorry fot TMI)......I guess I'm just dealing with it as it comes...........OH and I'm so hormonal, I have crying spells, freak out for nothing at times, and often just want to be left alone............I just wish I didn't HAVE to work............I called off today, because my sleep was sooooo good that I didn't want to get out of bed............my goodness, I just got this special memory foam padding and pillows, and I've slept like a baby for the past two days..............WOW!

HA HA HA, My vet gives a bath, anal glands and nail trim for 20! (anal sac's alone are like 17, it's really weird) Anyways, Maggie will do just FINE with the baby. My Clyde, 2 1/2 yr old does wonderful w/dd. Lets her ride him and all!! It's amazing how gentle they really can be towards a baby.  Da*mn I think my fingers feel a bit swollen today, ugh....it's gonna be a hot one here in Florida :)

Kellie!! I know EXACTLY what you're talking about!!!!! and how about those damn anal glands!! i know you have the same issue with yours!!!! now we have to take friggin' maggie to the vet every other week!!! can you believe that??? 15 bucks each time! that's 30 friggin' dollars we DON'T have!
Hehehehehe I loved the 'cage' comment..... lol!
I mean, don't get me wrong, that dog is as much adorable as she is a pain, her face is just priceless and she is VERY loving (way too much sometimes...) and if she doesn't get enough attention, she gets p!ssed and DESTROYS the hell out of things!!!! =S
I am somewhat scared she's gonna be a pain to my daughter! she will for sure lick the living gee out of her face (BIG YUCK NONO with me!!) and not to mention the pacifier thing! ARGH!...
I know also what you mean about the laundry... and bed making, making sure everything is dog hair free because you don't wanna lay your baby on it!!! eeeekk!! and needless to say everytime she eats, we need to wipe her flaps because that mixure of slober with dog food is more hiddeous and harder than freaking cement!
I swear, we could build a brick house with her slobber...

Meli- See in Mexico (obviously is warm) and we don't keep the dogs 24/7 inside! plus, we have smaller doggies that don't shed (Schnawzers) and are adorable... this one... ARGHHH!!! she's adorable too, but is a HAND FULL... i swear she's training me to be a mother already! if i can put up with my dog's c#rap... i can put up with ANYTHING!
I can just see Maddie pulling her ears and tring to use her as a horsey.... lol that oughta be cute and funny! =)

Vane don't worry about going late... many women go late and the baby is fine.. as for the dog.. haha. I hate indoor dogs cause I can't stand the smell...  but your baby will probably love the da mn dog haha...

Oh gosh, for those who don't have bad dogs or dogs at all can't relate, I CAN RELATE!!
My sense of smell is Hideous these days. I get up and look at the mutts and that's how my day starts.... I rip the covers off their beds and put them in the wash...get a shower while my 1 1/2 dd is talking loudly that she'd like out of her cage! (crib) get the now HAIRY bedroom floor swiffered and bed made so that I can get dd her pancakes and sit down w/a cup of coffee.. OF course the washer is full and so is the dryer and this is where the mental breakdown begins...The dogs are on my NEW dark brown leather sofa and I can't find the SHOCKER for their shock colllars. They look like they are digging for gold making huge scratch marks. I of course start licking my finger to try to erase them like a dry erase marker. UGH...da mn dogs... Clyed used to take Lily's paci out of her mouth while she would swing as a newborn. LOVES sippy cups with left over milk....can go on and on.......(as guinea pig squeaks at the top of her lungs she'd like to  be fed too!)

I'll be 35 weeks on Sunday with our 3rd. No names picked out yet and no confirmation on gender. So far so good on how I'm feeling, but I think I passed my goal for weight gain this time around and I'm a bit disappointed. I just keep getting rounder everywhere, even my arms and face are getting chubby now. I wish I could get to the gym more times a week, but work is so busy that I just haven't been able to exercise as much as I would like, and our weather has not been nice enough yet to go walking outside.

However, baby usually wakes up around the same time I do in the morning, so it's a wonderful way to start the day, feeling baby moving. It's also fun to see people smile and be nice when they see my big baby belly. Everyone always asks how I'm feeling when they see me. It's fun. My other 2 children hug and kiss my belly at bedtime which is so very cute! Looking forward to doing a little baby shopping soon, but as our 3rd baby, this one doesn't really need much new. Amazing and surreal that my family will be welcoming this new baby in only about 5 more weeks!  (34w5d)

Oh forgot to comment about my emotional breakdown from yesterday....

I came home after a tough day at work... only to find my dog hidden under a couch... pieces everywhere of what it looked like ..... a couch!..... and shoes (yeah, forgot to pick them up) everywhere!!!

Maggie decided it was fun to rip up my couch's cushions and tore the one to pieces!! right before i was gonna have company! my dh's cousins were coming and yeah..... not pretty...

The whole room stank like damn dog, i had to pull out the rug (really heavy), scrub the floor twice, pick up the pieces and put (or try to...) the thing together,... stuffing all that **** in the cushion case (yep, tore up) and try to fix it!.... i did laundry (we keep, ironically, a blanket on the cushions to 'protect' them) so i had to toss them in the washer, and cleaned the kitchen..... and hallway

By the time i was 'done' the guys came, i was furious, trying to get a hold of dh, his cell had died... i was wondering 'what if something happens' and he's nowhere to be freaking found!?!?!?!?!?!

I just flopped in the couch and CRYED like a Magdalena for like 1/2 hour!!!! i bawled!!! i mean sh*t going thru my mind like: i can't believe im busting my a$$ for this, i can't believe im still working feeling this sh*tty, i can't believe my house smells like a damn kennel...., i can't believe im so tired and doing all this,... where is my baby gonna crawl if this is filthy???? where am i gonna keep damn dog when she's born??? ARHHHHH!!!! i was freaking out!!!!

by the end of the day, my feet where literaly 2 balloons, red bright ones... and tingled and hurt... well, my left one is still pretty bad.... !!! i don't know if it's bad enough to call the doctor?? plus at night i was feeling period like cramps!!!! =S
They went away, but i  WILL tell you this: I am ready for Maddie!!!! =( I want her here!!!! im full term now! and i also freaked out because in my 'week by week' book i read that at 38 weeks the placenta starts to age!?!?!?!?! WTF!!! and in the picture 'you could see blood clots and calcifications starting to form'!!!!!!! OH GOD!!! great! just what i need: peace of mind that my baby will be fine!!!!! *frowns* I don't even wanna wait till 40 weeks now! needless to say I'll freak out if she goes after!!!!!! =(((((

My hinney hurt so bad yesterday i thought i was gonna pass out! This thing sticking out and sore!!!! ouchie!!!! i went to the potty and right after i stood up... OMG! i felt like i had a freaking lighter put up my a$$... it burned so bad!!!!

I came home and grabbed one of those hemorroid medicated wipes and used it last night... and another one this morning and swear to God i feel MUCH better.... i hate the pomade thing... it has a stick you have to put up your back door... it hurts even more!!! so i'd recommend the wipes!!

Im at the early stages.....7wks. Im tired and getting morning sickness as of today. Im greatful to have a healthy pregnancy thus far.  And Im looking forward to the development of watching my little "bean" grown.  I would say Im emotional. I watched the movie Juno last night and cried and cried at the end.  Hubby just smiled at me. Its interesting that so many of you are about to deliver....

I'll be 35 weeks on Sat.

I am SOOOO grateful to have made it this far with my terrible history of MCs but let me tell you ladies, I am DONE being pregnant.  Can't wait to sleep, breath, work out, drink some wine, etc.  Plus, I'm psycho.  Poor DH.  Doesn't take much to set me off.

I'm also a bit anxious about having a newborn, but can't wait to meet him.

Good luck to everybody!

Awww.........it's hard at the end isn't it?  Or even in the middle (Luci, Inga & browneyed).  Gosh guinness, those are hemmorhoids are a pain in the a$$ (sorry for the humor - LOL).  Patty - do you think you're gonna beat me??  And btw, where's Vanessa?  I haven't seen or heard from her in a while.  She's due right after me.  Anyway, I'm at 38 weeks - as ya'll know - am delivering next Tuesday.  I think I'm the next to go but Patty (or really anyone) could beat me.

I'm feeling weird - like I'm in this surreal dream.  I can't believe this time next week we're going to be in the hospital w/our new little addition!!  I think I'm going to miss being pregnant but I'm ready for it to be over.

I will be 36 weeks tomorrow and go to the dr tonight but I know how everyone is feeling. I have been having pretty painful BH contractions and I don't know how to tell if they are labor pains or not so I panic and hope for the best. I went food shopping last night with my son in the cart and couldn't go more than 1 aisle before I thought I was going to fall over and guess what I got when I got home?  Big old hemmorhoids--7 to be exact I think and quite painful----not a happy camper

I am 21w/2d with a boy or a girl, we didn't want to know. Due August 25

I want to start off by saying I am so happy to be pg and bringing a new life into the world. It is such an honor to carry a life inside you.

Now, I have been on bedrest since Feb 14, 2008. I have a cervical cerclage and although it s not painful, it is just a lot to deal with. This is my 5th baby and I have never experienced any of the troubles that I am having with this pg. I'm tired all the time, I have trouble sleeping, I can't get comfortable, my legs cramp so bad and I feel like i'm getting bed sores. I know it won't be much longer, but it is just taking a lot from me. I am constantly worried b/c I have not carried a baby to term in 12 years, so I am always worried about that. I'm in Cali, so it is starting to get hot, really hot and I am miserable. No outside, no park, no swimming, no sex, no FUN!!!! It's the PITS!!!!

I know in the end it will all be worth it, I am trying to stay focused and can't wait to hold my baby. Everytime I feel my little miracle move or kick, it makes everything i'm going through worth it.

Yeap, that's about how i'm feeling, and I can't wait to have a happy and healthy baby in  my arms soon.

I'm 31wks 3days with Chancellor and just feeling good that I've made it past the point when I delivered my last son(30wks)!!
My babyshower is this Sat and I'm do excited to see all of the little tiny clothes that I get to ohh and ahh over.
During my last u/s the tech told me she knows that I have constant pain in my back b/c she had to basically scan around to my ribs to get the full measurement of the baby's legs (my hubby is almost 6'4).  Mommy is only 5'0 so hopefully he wont tower over me by age 3.
I'm actually headed to Walmart in a few mins to get the things I need to go in my hospital bag b/c for the last week I've been having pretty intense contractions and I dont want to be caught off guard w/ no toothpaste and deodorant, that just wouldnt be fair to anybody!
Hope everyone else is taking it easy and getting to enjoy their last few weeks!
