Peanuts mummy back again

Hi everyone

I'd just like to say that I had my first scan yesterday and Peanut is a week further on than anticipated.  I had the nuchal translucency scan to check for downsyndrome but have been told by the screening centre they are 99.9% certain that I am going to have a healthy baby.  I nearly cried with relief as the scanner went over my tummy and she pointed out that everything was where it should be.

My nausea has all but disappeared - thank god, I've had it since week 5 but it seems to be easing off now (fingers crossed).

Anyway peanut is due 13th October, so I'm now 13wks 2 days, and after all the worry prior to the scan re if there was really a baby in there and worrying about anything happening before the scan as I'd read so many times, I'm just going to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy.
