You can take a stool softner and drink extra water.

Try Papaya if you can. I ate half a fruit and next morning I went so smoothly I couldn't believe.

I am another user of Miralax.  I eat a very well balanced diet and tons of leafy greens, but I still get issues from time to time.  I don't use Miralax every day, but maybe three times per week.  it dissolves in anything and is tasteless.  totally safe during pregnancy, although you should always check with your doc too

So I have tried all the foods that include fiber ( I am 23 weeks pregnant and suffer from constipation) and they did not work for me, also I drink tons and tons of water. My dr told me to start off with just a stool softner and then if that did not work try Miralax and he said I could take it daily. Hope this helps...trust me I know how miserable it can be!!!

Try drinking more water. That can help or natural things such as more fiber (though eat more fiber you have to drink more water), prune juice and things such as that. Just water is very important to make sure you are not becoming dehydrated from the increase in urination. Hope this helped.

I would suggest to take some fiber supplements and Smartwater or Gatorade to help with bloating and water retention. It worked for me and I hope it will work for you too
