So scared of miscarriage. .please advise

I had a miscarriage in September and January 1st I tested positive! Had two blood tests and my levels are going up. Yesterday I had a little bit of red watery blood. Now today a little bit of brown stringy discharge.  I am about 7 weeks now and last time I miscarried at 11 weeks but doctor said the gestational age looked more like 6 weeks. I scared it's going to happen again. I know all I can do is wait but I can't stop feeling so anxious. I have an ultrasound in the 3days but the waiting is awful. Am I overreacting? I am afraid to exercise or anything :(

I've heard that 25% of women who are pregnant bleed during the first trimester.  I've bled for a while now. ..so I guess I'm right there with you.  Just relax,  there is nothing you can do to stop it. ..don't stress.  Dr says as long as you don't soak 3 pads in an hour than you're OK.  Good luck.

Also don't exercise or lift anything you shouldn't. It's a great sign your hormone levels are increasing :)

Wow I also miscarried September, and I think I'm pregnant again. I have yet to take a pregnancy test, so I'm not sure yet. I would try your best to relax! And take care of yourself, keep calm. I know it's very scary but if you stress out that's not good for you or baby. I don't blame you for being afraid  <3 if you are really worried I would call your doctor, or being that it is Sunday go to the ER, just so you can get that peice of mind. Wishing you well <3

Same thing happened to me at 7-8 weeks. There was no sac and no heartbeat. I was bleeding not heavily but more like a light to normal period. They weren't sure if this is a chemical pregnancy because my HCg levels were high and were rising but not doubling. That was one year ago. Now I am seven months pregnant with my second child. Keep your hopes up!

Thank yout for your response. I resubmitted a new question. But the ultrasound revealed 2 empty sacs, no heartbeat and measures at 5 weeks. They calling a threatened pregnancy cause of bleeding. The bleeding has continued for past 2 days with some tissue. Nothing bad but a like a light period. I am thinking worse. Wont see doctor for another two days on monday. Hoping and praying
