Sofia has arrived! & important ?about passing blood clots after delivery

Sofia has arrived :-)  We were going to name her Ella Grace but we changed our minds once we saw her....it's so good to have her here with us :-)  I'll post pics shortly.

Now I do have a ? for you guys....Since I've been home I've passed about 3 pretty good sized blood clots.  They've been walnut sized.  I talked to the nurse who said if I continued to pass more of them and if they were larger to go into  ER but as of now they aren't worried.  Anyone else pass these things after giving birth?

Congratulations - Sofia is a beautiful name - I love the way you spelled it.  Is her middle name Grace?  I hope that you don't pass anymore scary clots - not fun.  Have fun w/your new baby!!!

yes that is a picture of me and my dh...we had a few maternity phtos done. . It was fun to take them.

yeah the blood clots have me worried esp the last one as it was pretty big but the on call nurse told me it still sounds ok. . if i pass another one then I'm going to the ER...

I did not but was told if I had some large ones and she made as shape about the size of a the palm of my hand, she said to call.  

congrats, I love the name.  I hope all goes well.  Enjoy your new baby girl. I can't wait to see the pics.
