I am sorry to hear about your lost. I pray you feel better soon.
Thank you for all of your comments. I did have a miscarriage on Sunday. I went straight to the ER as the bleeding got worse. They did a pelvic exam and ultrasound and discovered that I had completely lost the fetus. I'm doing ok. The emotional part is definitely worse than any physical pain. We'll try again. I know there's a reason for everything. I have 2 beautiful children ages 11 and 14. God has truly blessed me and it's in His hands.
Spotting is never considered normal, but it is certainly not uncommon. Most of the time it is not problematic for the baby. I too am wondering what your Dr. said, and I wish you well.
The only way you will know for sure is once you have been checked out by a OB. I had spotting in my both my pregnancies and it turned out to be nothing but I also had spotting during both of my mc's, so sadly it can go either way. I was never one to wait, I always went straight to the ER if my doctor's office was closed. I suggest you stay off your feet and try to drink plenty of fluids.
Good luck and keep us posted!
its not uncommon for ladies to spot around the time your period would be due. i bled on and off frequently with my first pregnancy and also had some bleeding with this one around week 6. see your doctor, to be on the safe side
Everybody & every pregnancy is different. Some spotting is common in early pregnancy & some women experience this often. I have never had spotting in my pregnancies that was normal. I would call your dr & try & be seen to know for sure.
