Summer slump?

Due Sept 3 with #4. Have very low energy and what I call involuntary tiredness. Im finding its too hot to enjoy being outdoors, which i normally love. Any suggestions for indoor  summer stuff to do with kiddos ages 12, 10 and 1.5?

I've been indoors mainly because of mosquito issue. Just don't want to risk it. You could do laundry basket races. Time your kids pushing your toddler up and down the hall. My little one can't get enough of it. Forth of July art project. Pinterest has lots of ideas.

I had the same issue. I did a blood test and was told very very low iron levels and had to have an iron infusion. I feel amazing now. Not sure if it could be a reason for your low energy. Good luck
