Too small or maybe miscarriage

Im only seven weeks pregnant and had my second ultrasound done yesterday they see a sack but no baby. Dr thinks it might be sign of miscarriage. Is it possible for it to be to soon to see the baby? Is there still hope?

Very similar for me hun. I waited another 2 weeks but in my case there was a baby but no heart beat or growth. Please don't lose faith it's upsetting and heartbreaking but it will happen. I have by body time to heal and fell pregnant again 4 months later x x x bug hugs

That's still pretty early. Don't worry and wait a couple more weeks for your next US
