I'm almost 39 weeks, had OB apt on Thursday of last week and was told my cervix had thinned out, over the weekend I've been loosing my mucus plug and still no sign of contractions or baby coming soon!! As much as I wanted this pregnancy, I'm so over it
Argghhh. I hate when the baby and body do not cooperate. Hang in there. I was 1 cm dilated until the night I gave birth and I went from 1 to 10 (long night). It will be here SOON. Let us know how you are doing, okay?

when I say IT will be here soon, I mean your delivery day, not calling your baby an it. LOL
