When Will I Have This Baby?
Im 36 weeks today (9/30/2010), was dilated at 1 monday the 27th, 20% effaced now three days later today 9/30 )in the hospital with a dilation of 3 and 70% effaced..... contractions galore today, now i feel completely normal, just tired...should i be worried? does anyone know when i could be expecting this labor? when, when when~!!!???this will be my third by the way with experience of my second in dilation from a 5 to a 9 in one hour......history of dilation speeds.....

hold on for a few days more if you can - best for your baby to stay put for another week or so. Take it easy.
No one can predict exactly when things will happen, but from what you describe it is going to be sooner than later. Rest up as much as you can.
