ablation and ovulation

Hi I am lori. I have a question... I had ablation october 2008 and am 50 years old pre menopause  with period once or twice a year since 2006. I had bloating and abdomenial pain  on one side this past Thanksgin=ving so I went to doctor because it hurt sooooooo bad he said I was getting ready to ovulate! I said impossiable im 50! no period this past year just a few spots many months ago, well the very next day i spotted   for the next 24 hours, very light spotting when i wiped, so i said power of mind caused it as i was thinking of ovualtion... the pain stopped  but i am still bloated gassy and stuffy nose somewhat sore breasts but i have this thick white very thick velvety cm with a pinch of occasional clear amber ewcm, light yellow on my panties and pee all the time.. is my mind working overtime, have you heard of 50 year olds having children? those are some mighty old eggs...

If you can't get into the Dr right away try getting an over the counter home pregnancy test and using first morning urine.    Hope it turns out the way you want!

I am not yet familiar with menopause but I am going to suggest the same thing: take a pregnancy test and maybe have a blood test to test for hcg levels.

Try taking a pregnancy test.
