Actually,  Fresh Grapefruit works the best. It turns your stomach acid into Alkaline. Everyone that has tried this says one Grapefruit relieves the suffering for about 3days at a time.  Personally I eat grapefruit every other day.  It also helps with constipation and preventing excess water retention. Trust me, you're gonna love the way you feel. I guarantee it ♥

I   14 weeks and  I suffer from  acid reflux for many years. My doctor  suggested  to take  Ranitidine is an over the counter med for acid reduction. The dosage is low  for me so I take one in the morning with breakfast and the next one I take it for dinner. Tums does not work for me either. Milk helps me when I run out of my meds. Just be alittle more cautious with what you eat that way you can monitor what gives you heartburn. I hope this helps
