Due date 4 days NO pains NO contractions NO mucus plug NOT dialated i just feel miserable very uncomfortable..lots walking..swinging on swing..wat else can i do?

Castor oil can cause the baby to poop in the amniotic fluid, and then to swallow it, and the baby can get pneumonia from this.  Don't use castor oil.

So Castor Oil will make you throw up but may bring on labor. Walking and sex with an orgasm could bring on labor. Make sure to relax and get plenty of sleep but also do the above.

All of my labours have bn induced also but at 39 wks this is my 6th baby and she has bn the most avtive one of all..she literally moves 24 hours a day she never stops kicking punching ..lol i want her out!..lol

Thanks guys for all ur comments well i started with some pressure litte while ago hopefully leads to more latr on i go in tmrw and see my ob and praying he will send me in

Don't take castor oil.

My baby was born three days after a big party, where I went in high heels and danced and stood around half the night.  No contractions, no BH, no nothing.  Next day, nothing, next day, some BH, next day he was born.  It can happen pretty quickly that one day you're dancing in a party dress and the next day you're in labor.  Try to relax.

There isn't much you can do.  Make sure you are closely watched and induced if baby is in distressed.

don't worry. you cannot hurry it. was 5 days overdue with first and with second had to be induced after 10 days. your baby just isn't ready to come out yet. good luck

I know people who have said castor oil works to get labor goin but it may make u run to the bathroom lol......its supposed to start contractions cuz it bothers your uterus.....I'd only take it if you have a healthy pregnancy tho just to b safe
