anyone feeling this?

beside being tired and slightly queezy..... anyone have constipation!?? it's killing me... it's hurts really bad. i have to call the doc tomorrow.... ps. i'm not 35 either. ;) i'm 29.

i had that problem for a bit. drink lots of water, i mean more than you think you can.  eat fruit, oatmeal things high in fiber.  if that doesnt do the trick drink some prune juice.  if you hate the taste there is a brand i cant remember that is good it also has grape juices mixed with it.

OMG....I have constipation too.....I had a real problem with this as a child, so I already have some problems back there!!  I had to get some meds from my doc yesterday.  If I could alleveate this symptom, I would feel wonderful!!  Good luck!!

Yes...basically the whole first trimester...constipation at least every other day!

I got the prenatals with the stool softener also.. I'm never very regular, so I knew it was going to be a problem, and it has..

thanks for the advice! i'll try anything! btw, when do we get to see the baby in an u/s? If my calculations are correct, i'm 4w3d (counting from my last period). Think i'll see something next week? Also will they be able to tell me if it's one or two at that point?

Not yet, but I did get it last time. I started eating salad 2x a day and lots of fresh veggies/fruits. At least 8 glasses of water, too. It went away pretty quick. A lot of pns do that to you.

welcome under 35'er LOL  no constipation but I dont go as often as I used to.  My old prenatals had a stool softener in them, may wanna check with your DR.  happy and healthy pregnancy
