Hi all, I'm 48 and blessed with 1 child. I really would even now love to have another. My Dr said my hormones are still perfect, yet I'm just cruising along. My question is this, is there anything that I can do for myself that may help?  Yeah I'm crazy :-)

At your age you need to see an RE (infertility specialist).  They can do extensive testing (check your tubes, ovarian reserve, etc.) and suggest the best way to proceed.

You could do IVF with your husband's sperm and a donor egg.  If your hormones are still perfect, you could carry a child easily enough.
