I did it with my baby, and decided it at 36 weeks, I called directly to the representatives here and they gave me the contract, kit and all the instructions....

My Dr. gave me all the info on it but I think since your surrogate is so far along that you could try getting a hold of viacord directly as well. If I remember correctly, I had to write or call for them to send me all the necessary things. We just received a box with all the info./instructions/stuff to take to the hospital when I went into labor. We donated ours but the early process is probably similar.

Hey there Carisa!! I don't know much about this personally, but if you go to the top of any page on medhelp, you will see the search medhelp box. Type in blood cord banking (I tried it) and there were a bunch of posts related to it.
