If i have sex a day before my period and my partner ejaculate inside of me is it possible to be pregnant?

Are you saying that he ejaculated inside you and the next day you sarted??
If so then chances are more than slim. This is because you would have already ovulated (hince your mensrtual cycle coming on). See what happens is about 14 days before you start your cycle you usually ovulate. At this time, you have a 24 hour window of actually becoming pregnant......BUT, remember that sperm can live inside you for around 72 hours (give or take ). i hope that make since to you so far.
When you are having your menstrual cycle you are actually shedding the lining of the uterus to prepare for the following months ovulation.
