contractions?

I'm 36 +1 and I believe I just had a contraction but not sure if that's what it was. Its been about 10 mins and havent had it again. How long can it be before I should possibly expect another one? And what did yours feel like first starting out?

It was likely Braxton hicks. But a concerning contraction will be regular, intense and last about a min. Mine have never started out more then 7min apart. They get closer together and last longer. Likely your feeling Bh practice contractions! Example my Bh range from 6-4 min apart and a Min long. They feel like period cramps and last sometimes for an hour or 2 or I'll just get one or two a day. The way you can tell of they are the real deal or not is if they get closer together and last longer... plus real ones don't stop. Bh contractions aren't always painless! Some get lucky however mine hurt a lot.

Also had a tendon pulling feeling pain on my left side but I felt it through halfway of my stomach almost 30 mins later.
