dizziness

I just found out I'm expecting. I'm 35 years old and it's my first child. I'm  about 5 weeks and having a lot of dizziness.  I know this is normal but just looking for tips to deal with it. Anything I can take

Could be low BP or low blood sugar levels.  Make sure you are well hydrated and you might try eating small, frequent, meals to see if that helps
