feeling miserable

I'm 31 weeks 2 days. I am experiencing some serious indigestion, and baby is pushing into my lungs. This combination along with the humidity makes life miserable. Any suggestions on what I can do to alleviate these symptoms. I am just about ready to stop eating all together.

You need to make sure it's high levels of stomach acid you have not low levels before you take any treatments. Both can cause heartburn feeling. To know for sure, increase your acid (take hcl tabs with a meal, have a table spoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar before eating) and if it doesn't go away then you have high acid levels and should take a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in water to neutralise ithe acid after eating.

I hope that all makes sense!!

I am having twins so started with heartburn and indigestion many weeks ago. I take Zantac 150mg morning and night and my dr gave me a script for protonics. And yet, I still take tums at night time to sleep.  I have to really watch my diet and not eat anywhere from 3-4 he prior to bedtime ( which ***** cause I always go to hungry). I placed pillows under the head of my mattress between the mattress and box springs and that part does help.   But I have yet to find 100% relief. Hopefully some of those ideas will improve things for u!  Best of luck !
