fetal pole

i am so worried.. the last time i got pregnant on our own with no fertility help the fetal pole never developed.. i am going for my first ultra sound tomorrow morning so they can make sure there is the fetal pole.. i am 7 weeks pregnant and i am so scared that it maybe that way again..   Tammy

You sound like me.  I was scared to death for my first u/s at 7 weeks that I nearly convinced myself that I had miscarried.  Try to relax and think positive.  good luck! - jennifer 15w2d
