flu jab!

Hey ladies!  Im 35wks with my first and been advised to get the flu jab. I know its safe otherwise tgey wouldn't advise to get it! Would just lime to know if anyone had a bad time after getting it? X

I got mine at 36 wks. I was told it's ok n the vaccine goes to the baby

I wouldn't get it. If you read the packing it says it hasn't been tested for safety in pregnant women. Last year and this year strains weren't very effective. Don't risk it. Just make sure you up your vitamin c, d3 and elderberry syrup and you will boost your immune system without all the toxins.

I had mine at nine weeks. I felt a little bad the day after and the injection site was a little red and sore for a few days after but other than that I was fine. I didn't get the tdap. Whooping cough isn't common around here and my dr hasn't even recommended it.

I didn't get mine. I never get the flu so didn't see the point. Do make sure you get the tdap shot though. You only have until 36 wks to get it if you haven't already.
