help!!!!

I'm 36 + 3 and I've got swollen hands and feet. I can't wear my shoes cause they're too tight and i had to take my engagement ring off. :( This swollen episode just started a few days ago. What can i do to make it go away???? Even just help alleviate it!!! Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Thanks! I will try that. I'm on my feet everyday and the majority of the day. That probably doesn't help.

I had this problem with my first child and it was a sign of preclamsia.  Just keep elevated and drink plenty of water. Relax as much as you can.

I work in office and sit at college lectures, so from week 32 I can't even fit in flip flops. I am almost 35wks and from knees down there are 2 huge trunks that barely fit into husband's flops. Hands are not too bad but ring is getting tight towards end of day. I totally understand u. All I do drink lots of water and elevate whenever possible. I even sleep with pillow under my feet. Makes me feel better.Try to limit salt intake as much as possible.
