high level of fsh

i had a very high level of fsh, 40.22 mui/mL..i feel sad, depressed, hopeless..is there a chance for me to get pregnant? i am 29 y.o, i had an endemetriosis, cyst on both ovaries were removed through laparoscopy...

Also read the book, Inconceivable.  It gives many ideas to lower your FSH naturally.  It also gives us high FSHers hope.  Personally, I drank wheatgrass.

There are always options available.  If your FSH does not come down there are options such as donor eggs.  We live in such a wonderful time...almost everyone can become a mother if they are willing to explore other options.  I wish you well and good luck!

Was this your level on day 3 or day 10 after the clomid or just random testing that showed a high FSH level?   There are some natural supplements that claim to reduce high FSH.
