keeping food down

I am so embarrassed. I have been doing good for the past few weeks. No morning sickness. Well today my son decided he hates grapes and my entire breakfast came up. Then while at work he decided after I begged him, that he didn't like my lunch. So while talking to my coworkers and new boss, he decided to make me nauseous. When I tried to keep it down, he worked overtime and right during our chat everything came up.

My one coworker rushed me to the bathroom and cleaned my puke. When I finished I felt so horrible. My boss just kept giving me this "did you really just throw up" look.

I thought I was done with this morning sickness mess. Any tips to help control this? I have tried ginger ale, crackers and small meals. It seems to have come back with a vengeance.

Benadryl with b3 is the mix that may help. Otherwise there is reglan and zofran. I've taken both.

In my first trimester I took Diclegis, it's a schedule A drug so it's not harmful in the least. You take it before bed (it has Unisom in it) and the entire next day it keeps you from getting nauseous. You can get it from your OB and it's so helpful.

Gravol helps. You have to take two at a time half hour before your meals. The only disadvantage with it is that it makes you super drowsy and u might fall asleep without even noticing.
