little fetal movement at 19w5d...concern??

So I've read that fetal movement can come anywhere from 17-23 weeks and they don't worry much if there hasn't been feel-able movement until after 22 or 23 weeks. Is that true? Any of you know? I'm 19w5d today and I feel like I've maybe had a flutter or two but nothing where I'd say AH HA that's movement. This is #3 for me and I don't remember when the first "real" movements came w/ my earlier pregnancies. Two weeks ago they had a strong heartbeat and everything has been normal thus far but I just don't know whether I should start to be a little concerned that I'm not feeling much?? I know they also say if you're thin you'll feel it sooner and if you're heavy you'll feel it later. I'm the latter so I'm not too worried, but do want your feedback.

Thanks ladies!

cpatow, i'm getting them (i'll be 19 weeks tomorrow) but they are so few and far between...
and i can only feel them on the inside, nothing with my hand from the outside.

feel them mostly when i'm sitting in a chair, and the waist band of my maternity pants are cutting into my belly a bit.

Thanks!
I think (think) I felt something last night. At first I thought it was stomach gurgles but it kept happening in the same place for about a minute...right near the navel. I asked my dad (Radiologist) and he said not to worry...there's still time, and that was yesterday morning. So it was great to feel that little flutter last night. :0)

I wouldn't worry too much although I'm a fine one to talk!  It's so hard to distinguish those early movements even for experienced mommies.  I believe I've felt some movement at 18 weeks but it just as easily could've been gas - LOL.  It'll get a lot better fairly soon - hang in there! - jennifer (22w3d)

I wouldn't worry since everything has been fine up to this point.  Everyone is different.  I was a little worried this go-round too w/ the twins but once they started moving (and I KNEW it was them) it has been good.  I worry b/c my boy moves about 3 times as much as my girl.  Anyway, it will come soon for you i'm sure.  Hopefully  its a sign of a laid back baby.....wishful thinking!!!  ;)

Good Luck!
