membrane strip?
My membranes were stripped for fist time today, im 3 cm dilated and 70% effaced. Ive had brownish bloody tinged mucus, menstrual like cramping and irregular contractions felt in back and front. How long do these symptoms last for? Anyone actually go into labor within 24 hrs of the stripping?
Yeah they say it works for 50% of woman so u are hopefully one of the lucky ladies it worked for my mum too

Oh good thanks, i think so too since i havent any of these symptoms before the membrane sweep. Ill keep my fingers crossed!
Hi it sounds like it may work for u they are all very positive signs ;) I had mine done 3 times and it never worked once good luck x
