Ginger root from what I heard helps. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and feel like food is my enemy now. I found that I can eat fruit ok though. Hang in there.

When drinking soda it is best to mix/stir it to get rid of the carbonation.

I had 9 weeks of it. I ate lil portions often. Followed my cravings. I drank warm milk as cold drinks were hard on my tummy. I ate ice pops now n then.

Ginger etc had me hurling, water made me worse, fizzy drinks were sexy on my tastebuds but brutal on my tummy. Some watery fruits helped briefly.

I found lining my tummy gently gradually helped. I was more sick the hungrier iI was. The nausea does turn you off food, my happy hormones dropped, I had to literally force food down and change my thinking so as to get my energy back.

Good luck, don't dehydrate ok x x

Water is hard on an upset stomach. Drink ginger ale, Sprite, Sierra Mist something like that. When eating stick to bland foods and eat small meals frequently. Basically treat yourself like you have the stomach flu. If this doesn't help your Dr can prescribe anti nausea medication.
