I have never had one.. but I have had a cold for over a week... now it hurts from my nose running under my eye and where my jaw connects to the upper jaw and the upper teeth in the back...  just on one side and the boogs are a lovely shade of green... TMI haha... well I feel like he ll

if you dont have reoccuring infections you dont need a neti pot, just a saline spray.  my dr said only to use the pot if you have chronic infections.  the saline really does make you feel better though.

got an antibiotic and feel like I am finally getting better

Gotta get that Neti pot!  I had one, and it cured it in a couple of days.  No antibiotics.
