You can test on an EPT test 5 days before your period is due I believe.  I did this and my lines were very faint, but I knew right then I was pregnant.  I get all the symptoms you were talking about as well when I have my period, so the only way to really tell was the lightheadedness and the nausea.  Keep us posted, will keep my fingers crossed for you :D

thank you for your response ... i still have the pinching but it has move towards the ribs and i have cramp like feeling as if i am getting my period.but this comes and goes.. i naturally have back pain so i couldnt say yes or no .. after i eat i have been feeling queezy but that passes. and today i got a bit dizzy and light headed, i ate and took vits and was very tired after that ... i dont like the waiting game because i have waited a very long time to make the choice to want a child and now it is a frustrating experience.... but i hope it happens soon. i was told to go take a HCG test strip and see if it detects somethin....

thank you again

I notice after 3 dpo I started getting symptoms, not nausea right away but back soreness and slight crampiness, but far too early for me before my period to get these symptoms.  Every woman is different though and gets different symptoms after the conceive.  So there is certainly a possibility :)
