possiblity of preg at 47

I am 47 and I have always been regular like clock work when it came to my monthly cycle. I missed my first period in july and it is now august and still not period. I have the dark color around my nipples with the little bumps, tired, irritable, head and backache and very queezy. These are the symptoms that I have. I have taken 2 at home test and they are neg. Is there a possibilty that I could still be pregnant. I am having a hard time believing that I could just wake up in menopause. There were no signs of menopause. Has anyone been through this too?

Maybe your way of approaching menopause will be to skip a period, have a period, skip one, have one, etc until they completely go away...also I agree with the other poster that said get to a dr.  Your body is giving you a sign of something...so I think its best to check it out.  Please post an update when you have one!

with negative tests, it's unlikely.
definitely talk to your doctor.
menopause is different for every woman.... so maybe you just skipped a few steps?
ovarian cysts and other things can cause simliar symptoms, which is why it's not a bad idea to schedule an appointment.
