preeclampsia

I had preeclampsia in my first pregnancy and my 2 year old was born with 34 weeks, he is a healthy, wonderfull boy. Im on my 25 w of my second expectinga girl but i cant stop worrying about my blood pressure going up again. I feel  lonely and dont feel like talking about itwith family or friends becuase they say im too anxiuos

Maybe try pampering yourself to take your mind off your anxiety. Go for a prenatal massage or even ask your significant other for a back rub. There is nothing you can do to prevent preeclampsia, but stressing abut it isn't good for you or the baby.
