I forgot to mention that I had the same issues with many prenatal vitamins making me sick to my stomach no matter what time I took them.  So I would go on and off of them during my pregnancies.  But this time I am using the Rainbow Light Completes and not having issues, it also has the probiotics that help with constipation and red raspberry leaf in it too that is great for pregnancy/nausea.  Keep us posted.

I have been using Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal and the iron in those tablets are not constipating at all.  You can also try Yellow Dock tincture to help increase your iron that is non constipating too.

My iron was low and that made me feel awful. That's what causes the dizziness and tiredness.  I also had bad constipation. I was put on an iron supplement called Ferrous Fumerate 324 mg. I am no longer constipated. This iron actually makes me super regular. It will take a couple of weeks to get into your system. Ask your doctor about it. Hope you feel better.

I agree with trying.  You need to bring this up with your OB.  There are often things they can suggest or do to help you feel better.  I also agree that there is a good possibility your iron is low.  The baby takes what they need first, so if you are not taking your vitamins, this can cause you to feel worse.  Please talk to your Dr.  I hope you feel better soon.

I don't have any sugg's. about the sickness..didn't have it w/this one or my first. But Constipation..i'm a pro at. I have gone 6 days before. I put raisons in Raison Nut Bran cereal and went by the time i took my last bite. Works every time. I'm not a big fan of raisons, but when i'm desperate, i'll do what it takes. Even at a prune once. Good luck!! I just have alot of gas..always belching, which is so embarrassing. And alot of headaches, which cause me to take Tylenol and Sudafed.

Sounds just like my pregnancy, especially at the beggining, frist three months. I was sooo miserable I thought I was not going to be able to survive it. You need to take iron. I also couldn't take vitamins, so I made sure that I ate better and healthier. But iron will give you energy! You may have headaches if you have anemia so try "slow FE". That's the kind I take. The pills are tiny and easy to swollow and have no taste to it. You'll feel so much better, you'll see. Must be hard to feel like this and still take  care of 3 children! Sorry you're not enjoying your pregnancy and hopefully this will pass soon. For the constipation I suggest to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Mangos work wonders for me. I am lactose intollerant so I make myself drink milk here and there to fight constipation :-) Hang in there! It's worth it in the end as I am sure you already know <3
