pregnant at 39

Hi I have just found out I'm pregnant at 39.  I'm worried about my babies health and mine.  I need advice I don't smoke. I would like to think I'm in relatively good fitness.  I'm just scared!

I am 37 and am 36 weeks and 3 days. Was easy pregnancy until diagnosed with gestional diabetes, then preeclampsia came this week. It has been a tough week, and hard on the body.

I am 38. I am due 1/12/15. I will be 39 by the time he is born. I feel great. A little tired but not nearly as bad as my prior pregnancies. Being older we have a little more chances of problems.. but I haven't had any problems.. lots of woman are waiting till their older.

I'm 41 and due in 9 weeks.  US older ladies can do this.  My advice is to enjoy the experience,  because this is most likely the last. :)

I'm 37 but very high risk I am 14 weeks and  still scared but all I can do is try my best to follow doctors orders which isn't easy.I got diagnosed type 2 diabetic at 6 weeks.I have to take diabetes meds watch what I eat and drink and check my blood sugar 4 times a day.Just start with a good diet and exercise as much as you did prior to pregnancy if none increase by taking walks.Us older woman can have healthy babies too.Congrats and good luck to you.

Congratulations!  What exciting news! Just eat right, limit caffeine,  continue with mild exercise,  and start some prenatal vits. I'd recommend taking them at night on a full tummy because they can cause nausea. And of course make an appointment with your ob to get in and start your prenatal care . they'll go over your history and talk to you about blood work they'll want to do. Good luck and congrats again:)

Congratulations
I suggest you continue to take good care of yourself. No consumption of alcohol and get as much prenatal care as you can. Bless you
