progesterone levels in twin pregnancy

I was just wondering if anyone knows what normal levels for twin pregnancies are? My gestational carrier got her progesterone levels checked at 10 weeks and were only 31.9. This is with progesterone shots. I'm worried now that she has miscarried one of the twins or both. It makes me nervous. Isn't 31.9 way too low for twins at 10 weeks? Anyone know anything about this?

Thanks for looking 40smama.

baby1234-That makes me feel great hearing that. My gestational carrier had an ultrasound today and both babies looked great. She's almost 12 weeks and both had good heartbeats-170&180. One was sucking it's thumb, the other was moving around like crazy. The peri also said that the placentas looked wonderful, so she is going off of her shots now. Makes me a little nervous, but I do feel a lot better.

I googled this topic and didn't find out a whole lot of info concerning what the actual levels are w/a twin pregnancy.  There are several women on the forum who've been pregnant w/twins however and hopefully they'll answer your questions.  I suggest you consult your doctor and/or ask the doctor on the ask-the-expert forum - good luck and congrats on your twins!

My levels never went much higher than that with my twins. I think I was at 35ish. Hope that helps.
