I went for my first doc visit on thurs - 9 wks, I'm 37 yrs, first pregnancy. I was told that the size of the fetus was about half what it was supposed to be at this time and that this wasn't a 'user error' but it happens bc reproduction is imperfect. The doc told me he expects this could miscarry. In the meantime, I'm still pregnant. Im going back this week to see if any change. I'm so scared and I'm starting to feel like I no longer have a baby but an alien inside me. I'm in limbo. Has this ever happened to anyone?
