shout out to my awesome doc!

So I'm due tomorrow with #5. Not my first rodeo. And I know how my body likes to handle all this.
So at yesterday's appt, I was dilated to 2cm and having random yet painful contractions a few times a day. I asked her to do a membrane strip because it worked really well with my last and she said, "oh sure, do you want me to do anything else. Want me to break your water?"  I was a little confused and she mentioned that she is inducing twins tomorrow, the 14th, also my due date, and I can go in and she'll justpop my water, if I want. (Btw- after 4 pregnancies, my water has never broken on its own. ITs always had to be done in the hospital)
Anyhow, I'm early labor right now anyway, so the baby could still come today. But I love how cool my doc is in letting me have the option to make it all really easy too. A part of me misses the romantic idea of the spontaneity of "oooohhh is it now?". But after hearing so many horror stories about midwives and docs, I hope all you girls out there end up as fortunate as I have been and find a really good one! Good luck to you all!
